ישיבת כתר ישראל
A new Sephardic early-childhood yeshivah in Mill Basin, where our youngest children begin their learning with warmth, joy, and a genuine love of Torah.
We serve Sephardic families striving to grow — building the foundation that matters most, in the years when it matters most.
High-quality early-childhood classes for 3- and 4-year-olds, tuition-free for eligible families.
Warm, age-appropriate classes for both, built around how young children truly learn.
Experienced morot and rabbanim who bring patience, skill, and genuine love for children to every day.
Yeshivah Keter Yisrael operates under the supervision of Rabbi David Bitton, Rosh Yeshivah. Our mission is to give families a place where their youngest children begin life with a love of Torah, strong middot, and a joyful readiness to learn.
We pair the warmth and authenticity of our mesorah with a serious, modern early-childhood program — so that every child is cared for, challenged, and celebrated.
[A personal message from Rabbi David Bitton will go here — share his words and we'll set them beautifully.]
"Teach a child according to his own way." — Mishlei 22:6
In the earliest years, this is everything. We meet each child exactly where he or she is — and walk together from there.
Explore the learning →Yeshivah Keter Yisrael was created for Sephardic families striving to grow — a warm, serious early-childhood yeshivah where 3- and 4-year-olds begin their chinuch with joy.
Our name — Keter Yisrael, "the crown of Israel" — speaks to the worth we see in every child, and to the heights we believe each one can reach. The work of these earliest years is to draw out what is already within them.
We set out to give Sephardic families a place rooted in our mesorah and built to the highest standard: a foundation of Limudei Kodesh and secular studies, delivered with the warmth, patience, and individual attention that young children need most.
Learning at this age is hands-on, joyful, and personal. Our licensed teachers know that a 3- or 4-year-old learns through play, song, story, and relationship — and they build each day around exactly that, in close partnership with parents.
Yeshivah Keter Yisrael was founded to meet a real need in Mill Basin: a Sephardic early-childhood yeshivah that combines authentic chinuch with a high-standard, funded program for our youngest children.
The yeshivah opens its doors to our youngest children, and we are at the very beginning of our journey — the families who join us now are helping shape it from the very start.

Licensed, experienced early-childhood educators, chosen for their warmth as much as their skill. [Add detail as your team grows.]
A warm balance of Limudei Kodesh and a funded secular program — designed for how 3- and 4-year-olds actually learn: through play, song, story, and discovery.
Authentic Sephardic chinuch, introduced gently and joyfully in these first years.
A high-quality, funded early-childhood curriculum that builds readiness and confidence.
A sample day for our 3-K and UPK classes. [Adjust times and activities to match your program once finalized.]
Three- and four-year-olds learn best when they're happy, curious, and secure. Our licensed teachers create that environment every day, weaving Torah, language, and discovery into the natural rhythm of a young child's world.
Because our classes are warm and attentive, every child is known — and parents receive regular, caring updates on how their little one is growing.
Limited slots for the upcoming school year
